Flooring Installation

Flooring installation in Colorado Springs & Manitou Springs

Luxury vinyl plank through a whole main floor, solid hardwood in an open living space, laminate in a bedroom, new treads on the stairs. And when we pull up old flooring and find damage, we fix the subfloor before anything goes down.

What's included

Flooring Installation, done start to finish

  • Solid hardwood
  • Laminate
  • Stair treads, risers and landings
  • Subfloor repair and replacement

What's under the floor matters

When old flooring comes up, it sometimes shows water damage or rot underneath. We've replaced damaged subfloor and joist sections down to the framing before installing new flooring. That way your new floor isn't going down over a problem.

Stairs are part of the floor

Carpeted stairs are often the last thing left after new flooring goes in. We install new treads and painted risers so the stairs match the rest of the house.

Questions

Flooring Installation FAQ

LVP or laminate: what's the difference?

Both are durable and affordable. Luxury vinyl plank handles moisture better, which makes it a good fit for kitchens, basements and bathrooms. Laminate is a solid choice for dry rooms like bedrooms.

Can you fix a damaged subfloor?

Yes. We've cut out water-damaged subfloor and installed new sheathing before putting down new flooring.

Do you redo stairs to match new floors?

Yes. We install new stair treads, risers and landings to match.
