Manitou Springs sits right at the foot of Pikes Peak, and a lot of homes here are older and built on hillside lots. That means two things for a remodel. First, you often find surprises once the walls or floors are opened up. Second, outdoor projects like decks have to work with the slope.
We plan for both. If we find damage behind a wall or under a floor, we fix it right before we cover it back up.
